The Permanence 100% Guarantee means that as long as you follow the Permanence Plan in its entirety (subject to the Special Conditions set out below), which is individually developed for you at your initial assessment, we will be committed to achieving the removal of your identified unwanted hair to your complete satisfaction. Please note that the Permanence 100% Guarantee does not apply in respect of new hair growth unrelated to the identified unwanted hair.

Assessment:
Your Permanence Consultant will identify your agreed body area(s) of concern, the density of hair growth and type(s) of hair to be removed.

Quote:
The Quote is based on our extensive experience of the time taken to treat similar cases. It is an estimate of the hours required using galvanic electrolysis, to remove the selection of hairs in the specified area(s).

The Permanence Plan:
The Permanence Plan, and your total compliance with it, is the key to a successful treatment of your identified unwanted hair. It is a program designed by your Permanence Consultant specifically for you to achieve your desired results. We design your personal Permanence Plan in phases, so it can be monitored to ensure you stay on track. You will know the time frame of treatment required, the duration and number of visits needed to complete each phase of the plan. Should you in any way deviate from the Permanence Plan devised for you, the results contemplated by the treatment may not be attainable, and as such the Permanence 100% Guarantee will be withdrawn and voided.

Photographs of treatment area
To offer you the Permanence 100% Guarantee we require your consent to having the area to receive the treatment photographed by us prior to the commencement of the treatment. We will give you copies of these photographs for your records, and these photographs will not be used for any other purpose other than as required for the purposes of the treatment. The reason for the need to have the treatment area photographed is that we need to be in a position to relate the results of the treatment to the state of the treatment area prior to the commencement of the treatment.

Special Conditions
The Permanence 100% Guarantee is subject to the following special conditions: Any treatment for hair removal prior to or during your current hair-removal Program at Permanence or which may result in altered hair growth must be disclosed to Permanence at your initial assessment or subsequently if undertaken after treatment at Permanence has commenced. This includes disclosure of:

• Medications: Any medications that have the potential to affect hair growth taken prior to, during or after the completion of treatment, e.g. Diane, corticosteroids, minoxidil, spirinolactone, etc. The Guarantee is voided if any such medications are taken at any time prior or subsequent to the completion of the Permanence Plan.

• Laser, Flashlamp and IPL Treatment: Since the permanence of hair removal with laser, flashlamp and IPL treatment is unknown, the potential exists for hair follicles which have been stunned but not permanently destroyed by these treatments to regrow at some time in the future. Since these dormant follicles will not be assessable or treatable at your initial assessment or during your treatment Permanence Plan, the Permanence 100% Guarantee does not apply to regrowth in these areas.
